Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary - Episode 1
In this the first episode of the Children of Mary Fra Rosario explains the introductory nature of this first episode laying out the themes and topics that he hopes to cover. He makes mention of a 'Marian Mountain' a 'Blue Mountain' which is also Calvary that they are to go up and makes mention of the need to have a 'spiritual maternity', how we are called to become Saints and how there are different ways in which we can pray the Holy Rosary. Fra Rosario also presents St. Philomena who is the Patroness of the Children of Mary.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary - Episode 2
In this the second episode of the Children of Mary dedicated to 'Who is Mary?' Fra Rosario explains that Mary is Co-Redemptrix focusing particularly on how we can find the mystery of the Co-Redemption in the First Joyful Mystery of the Holy Rosary the Annunciation, the Fourth Joyful Mystery the Presentation, the Second Luminous Mystery the Wedding Feast at Cana, the Fifth Sorrowful Mystery the Crucifixion and Death of Jesus, and the Fourth Glorious Mystery the Assumption. Some of these mysteries are connected by the mysterious use of the term 'woman' which we find in Sacred Scripture. During the program he also quotes some Papal documents which make reference to her Co-Redemption as well as quoting what some recent authors have said about Co-Redemption.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary - Episode 3
In this the third episode of the Children of Mary dedicated to 'Imitation of Mary and her Virtues' we are given two means of imitation that can help us be inspired to imitate Mary - one is to have a love for the Cross and another is to contemplate the Holy Face of the Virgin Mary. In this episode Our Lady of Guadaloupe is proposed as an image to contemplate where we can see her humility, and her poverty radiate. In this episode we hear also about the Virginity of mary and how it is linked to her Humility and her Poverty with an attempt to see within Mary's declaration of being a Virgin in her "not knowing man" as further manifestations of her Poverty and Humility. Through this there is an attempt to link all her virtues together particularly those mentioned by St. Louis de Montfort and throughout the show the theme of Co -Redemption is extended to proposing a 'Spirituality of the Co-Redemptrix/ Co- Redemption'. Themes such as 'Spiritual Maternity' and a call to holiness are elaborated on also from previous shows.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary - Episode 4
In this the fourth episode of the Children of Mary dedicated to 'Imitating the Saints in their love of Mary and their imitation of her'. Today in continuation from the previous episodes we continue the theme of Mary's Sorrows. We look firstly at the zeal we should have to make souls love Mary and be ready for her word and there is a quote from St. Louis de Montfort in relation to St. Michael. In this episode we consider the prayer of some Saints briefly mentioning how silence is a way of us hearing the word of God. This fourth episode is dedicated to going to Calvary and being Crucified which brings these episodes to the 'destination' of the 'Blue Mountain', 'The Marian Mountain'. This 'walk to Calvary' was in the company and following the example of St. Paul of the Cross who 'internalised Mary's Sorrows' and then through this we are lead to 'go to Calvary and be crucified' in the steps of St. Gemma Galgani'.

This episode is dedicated to Devotion to Mary and in particular devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. This episode speaks of the urgency of the devotion to the Immaculate Heart of Mary specially in regards to the salvation of souls and the First Five Saturdays devotion.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary - Episode 6
In this episode dedicated to being Apostles of Mary we hear briefly about the 'Era of Mary' as well as the prophetic words of St. Louis de Montfort on the latter times - the Time of Mary. We hear about the apparition of Our Lady in La Salette France and some of the great Saints that we have seen during this 'Era of Mary' are briefly mentioned.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary - Episode 7
In this seventh episode dedicated to 'Who is Mary' we begin our first talk on Mary as Mediatrix of all Graces. This is proceeded by a talk on Intercession looking at how God helped the Israelite's in some of their battles (which continues the theme from the last episode on the need to fight etc) then there is a brief mention of how Our Lady interceded her children to save Christendom. Then in an introductory form which prepared for the next talk on Our Lady as meditation we hear how some Saints have described Our Lady as Mediatrix of all graces. From this episode there is a hope that there can be a sense of gratitude towards Our Lady. In this episode a piece of music is played - Ave Maris Stella (as a means of prayer and invocation of Our Lady) and towards the end Fra Rosario attempts to teach the listeners how to sing a Hail Mary proposing it as their potential 'battle cry' in this 'time of war'.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary - Episode 8
This episode is dedicated to 'Imitation of Mary' and in particular her Faith. Reflecting on how one could possibly be judged by Our Lord at the end of one's life we hear how Our Lord may reveal to us how much we needed to have faith, then we look into the Faith of Our Blessed Mother. With some comparisons that the Fathers of the Church gave of Eve and Mary in particular there is the mention of St. Ephrem who spoke of the 'world being given two eyes - the left eye the eye of Eve the right eye the eye of Mary'. These comparisons are given to present to us a choice of who we want to be - Eve who disbelieved or Mary who believed. During the show we hear what some recent authors have said about Mary's faith as well as from the Catechism (CCC). Towards the end to conclude the 'how to sing the Rosary' we hear the Hail Mary sang in Latin as well as the Glory be and she show concludes with Thomas de Victoria's 'Ave Maria'.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary - Episode 9
In this the 9th episode of The Children of Mary continue our cycle and speak about how the Saints imitated Mary and are encouraged to imitate them. Today in particular we look at how some Saints have embodies the 'Littleness' of Mary. St. Francis of Assisi who in this episode is described as being "one of the greatest Saints in the History of the Church" is mentioned as one who had this 'littleness', there is mention also of what this 'littleness' implies which is basically the 'Little way of St. Therese of the Child Jesus' the so called 'Spiritual childhood' for in this episode we are exhorted to become like children. We hear also how a man in his 50's - St. Juan Diego was often called by Mary as her 'little Son'. Towards the end there is an exhortation to protect the innocent, the little ones in their mothers womb, be devoted to the child Jesus and see this 'Littleness' also in Jesus who is truly present in the Eucharist even in the smallest fragment.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary Episode 10
In this the 10th Episode of the Children of Mary we hear about the Holy Rosary and some figures that have a particular connection to the Rosary in this episode dedicated to Devotion to Mary. The show offers at first some possible answers to what some people have difficulty with or have queries about - not having the time to pray the Rosary for example, and what to do if you've unsure which number Hail Mary your on etc. Taking some parts of this episode from the book 'The Secret of the Rosary' we hear a little about St. Dominic the author of the Rosary, and other figures in connection with the Rosary particularly Blessed Bartolo Longo who founded the Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary in Pompei Italy.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary Episode 11
In this 11th Episode of The Children of Mary dedicated to being Apostles of Mary we look at how there is a need to build a Marian culture. In this episode we are told that we "will go to the Marian Mountain together as a community" and that we will be lead by St. Francis of Assisi who is a good example. In this episode as well as hearing some aspirations of how "we can rebuild Christendom through Mary building Mariandom" we are told that there is a need for us to become 'Martyrs of Mary' martyred for her cause. Because of this we hear a bit about the religious life which is described as a 'martyrdom' and the possibilities of there being a 'Marian Vow' which is described as "the highest union we can have with Mary, to bid ourselves to her with a vow". Towards the end we are presented with a modern day Apostle of the Holy Rosary who received the grace to have this 'Marian Vow' - Fr. Stefano Maria Manelli.

In this the 12th Episode of The Children of Mary dedicated to 'Who is Mary' we continue to speak about Mary as Mediatrix of all graces in this episode entitled 'Mary Mediatrix Part 2'. Quoting from Fr. Stefano Maria Manelli and substantially from Mark Miravalle this episode looks in particular at what the Popes in the last two centuries have said about this doctrine and at some of the main objections to this truth.

Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary Episode 14
In this the 14th Episode of the Children of Mary we look at Imitating the Saints in their imitation of Mary and we look in particular at St. Francis of Assisi's love for Poverty. Using a poetical text called the Sacrum Commercium which in poetic form describes St. Francis in his search of 'Lady Poverty' which is a personification of the virtue of Poverty which some have seen to be Our Lady we see how much St. Francis desired to meet her, take her as his advocate and be instructed by her.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary Episode 15
In this the 15th Episode of the Children of Mary dedicated to devotion to Mary we look at a Marian title in the Litany of Loreto 'Queen of Martyrs' in this episode during Holy week. We hear about the 'Spiritual Martyrdom' that is needed to be united to Christ who is the 'Bridegroom' and are given on two occasions a description of Mary's sorrows from Blessed Dominic Barberi of the Mother of God and later from some of the writings of St. Veronica Giuliani. There is also in a 'poetical form' a 'letter' written from 'the Friend of the Bridegroom' to a soul contemplating the religious life. Two examples of Martyrs who show a certain similarity to Christ are also presented - St. John the Baptist and St. Steven the Protomartyr.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary Episode 16
In this the 16th Episode of the Children of Mary dedicated to being Apostles of Mary we receive a brief presentation of the structure for Building a Marian Culture (which is also a show on the radio). We hear about how we must build a 'culture of the Immaculate Conception' as today we look at a Saint (still venerated as Blessed) who can be described as 'a Prophet of the Immaculate Conception'. This Blessed is given to us as a model as an Apostle of Mary for today's show which is dedicated to Blessed john Duns Scotus.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary Episode 17
In this the 17th episode of the Children of Mary dedicated to 'Who is Mary?' we look at Mary as the Immaculate Conception looking at particularly the figure of Blessed John Duns Scotus and his doctrine as well as hearing an excerpt from the Apostolic Constitution Ineffabilis Deus in which Pope Blessed Pius IX proclaimed the dogma. Through this episode we see also the Franciscan connection to the Immaculate.

In this the 18th Episode dedicated to Imitating the virtue's of Mary we look at the virtue of hope reading briefly from the Mystical City of God by Venerable Mary of Agreda who was a Conceptionist Nun. Looking at hope in general and seeing the need for us to practice this virtue in order to grow toward holiness we are given a poem by an unknown author which summarises what has been said in today's episode and prior to this we hear the Fifteen promises of the Holy Rosary and the promises of the First Five Saturdays devotion.

In this the 19th Episode dedicated to Imitating the Saints in their devotion to Mary we look at some female Saints in particular St. Therese of the Child Jesus and the Holy Face to see how they entrusted themselves to Mary who they knew to be their Mother.
Friar Rosario - The Children of Mary Episode 20
In this the 20th Episode of The Children of Mary dedicated to 'Devotion to Mary' we aim to show Mary as Mediatrix of all graces through her title as Regina Angeloruum 'Queen of Angels' making some comparisons in mediation of the Angels and showing that Mary has a much more elevated mediation. Looking in particular at the three Archangels Michael, Gabriel and Raphael we see how even the meaning of the names of these Archangels can be seen in a more perfect way in Mary.
